Anyone can now make stunning shaders and exportable textures & animations without dealing with any complicated nodes.
If you've seen any of my work before, you know I care quite a lot about quality -- so I made sure that with this addon, you can make any of the stuff you've seen previously on my youtube channel page and more --- except without ever even touching the shader editor.
I've put out a UI update where the "viewing" and "delete" features have been replaced by the drop down buttons. use the drop down menu to view/hide effects!

Of Course, you'll also get access to all the files in the trees video above, including the green one in the thumbnail (It's the same as the white one just a different color, but I forgot to talk about it in the video)
Works with the latest version of blender and 4.0+
to INSTALL, simply go to edit-->preferences-->addons-->top right-->install from disk--> and select the stylizedassetsuite zip file
Works best in eevee but generally works in cycles as well
if you work in cycles though, make sure that if you're using the stylized 3d lighting main (eevee) effect or the specular reflection (eevee) effect, you bake the lighting/speculars before switching to cycles
Some other important notes, Please read if you're using!!:
- If you are going to use the brushes in the brush pack, pen pressure is important for a lot of the brushes (i.e. you should have some sort of pen tablet). not all of them require pen pressure however.
- when you add an effect that adds an empty, it'll be immediately selected when you add that effect. sometimes you'll have to scale it up a bit.
- if you're baking an animation for exporting, make sure you save your blend file first before hitting the save & export frames button
- if you're animating I recommend watching the how to animate part of the video tutorial/documentation as well
- For Blender 4.2+, the Alpha Blend / Alpha Hashed Features are now called Blended / Dithered
- make sure you're in object mode when adding effects
- when you bake diffuse lighting, once in a while you may notice a very slight change in values of the lighting -- to fix this, just adjust the settings to however you like in the stylized 3d lighting main before doing your final bake!
- If you add a stylized 3d lighting main effect and dont see any changes or its all black, you have to play around with the light range / steps sliders in the menu and then you'll start to see it. if you want simple toon shading i recommend settings steps to 1.
- remember that if you bake for exporting, it's a good idea to turn off bloom so that you can see in your viewport what the texture looks like without bloom (bloom is an effect and not something that is baked, you can add it back in whatever other software you export to).
- after baking, if you have an outline effect on your model you can re enable it in the modifiers tab
- If you want to speed up shader compilation times in blender 4.2+, you can go to edit--->preferences-->system and increase "Max Shader Compilation Subprocesses"
- in the video I said you can't use the object outline with the watercolor/charcoal effect but you actually can! all you have to do is play around with the settings in the object outline texturing section, maybe give it a texture, adjust the transparency, etc.
